Takedowns at
the speed of API.
A full rules engine, Zapier integrations, webhooks, and a complete REST API. File thousands of DMCA notices without anyone on your team touching a platform form.
Why automate
At scale, manual filings don't survive contact with reality.
Time is the cost
A manual DMCA filing takes 15–25 minutes once you account for evidence gathering, the platform's intake flow, and follow-ups. At agency volume that's a full-time hire.
Errors don't scale
Manual filings miss platform-specific fields, attach the wrong evidence, or get rejected on technicalities. Each rejection is another round-trip.
Speed compounds
A leak that lives for 48 hours instead of 5 days reaches roughly a tenth of the audience. Automation collapses the find-to-file gap to minutes.
How automation works
Four steps. No babysitting.
Define your rules
Set confidence thresholds, platform-specific routing, evidence requirements, and approval gates. Per-client rules for agencies; one ruleset for solo creators.
Match continuously
The matching engine runs 24/7 across 150+ platforms. Each hit gets a confidence score, an evidence bundle, and a recommended action based on your rules.
File at scale
Auto-approve clears matches above your threshold for immediate filing. Below-threshold matches enter the review queue. Either way, the actual filing is automated.
Track and re-scan
Every case is tracked from filing to removal. Re-scans run weekly to catch re-uploads, with rule-based escalation when the same infringer reappears.
The toolkit
Every primitive your team needs to build around.
Rules, webhooks, API, batching, integrations, and reporting. Connect Content Trackdown into the rest of your stack.
Zapier and Make integration
Connect Content Trackdown into the rest of your stack. Trigger Slack alerts, create cases in your CRM, log filings to a sheet, or kick off follow-ups in your project tool.
Webhook triggers
Subscribe to every event — new match, filing sent, content removed, infringer re-upload. Fire HTTP callbacks into your own systems with signed payloads.
Custom rules engine
Compose conditions across confidence, platform, content type, and client. Branch into auto-file, review, escalate, or notify-only flows.
Multi-account batching
Manage hundreds of protected accounts under one organization. Per-account rule overrides, per-account reporting, shared evidence library.
Full API access
REST endpoints for matches, cases, evidence, and reports. SDKs for Node and Python. Build whatever your stack needs — we don't lock you into our dashboard.
White-label reporting
Branded PDF and CSV reports for clients. Schedule weekly or monthly delivery. Per-client logos, color, and message.

FAQ
Common questions.
How is this different from your standard takedown product?+
Same engine, but everything is wired for volume. You're not approving individual filings — you're setting rules and watching the queue. The dashboard is built around your rules, not individual cases. And the API and webhooks let you embed Content Trackdown inside whatever workflow tooling your team already uses.
Can I keep a human in the loop?+
Yes — granularly. Auto-file high-confidence matches, send mid-confidence to a review queue, and require manual approval for anything sensitive (high-profile clients, edge platforms, legal-network escalations). Every case has an audit log.
Is the API rate-limited?+
There's a generous per-minute rate limit on the public API to protect shared infrastructure. Premier, Legend, and Agency plans get higher limits. If you have a specific volume target — say, 50k+ matches per day — talk to us and we'll size it.
Can I white-label the whole flow for my clients?+
Yes. Agency plans include white-label dashboards (your domain, your branding), white-label reports, and per-client API keys. Your clients see your brand throughout.
What about platforms that don't have a DMCA process?+
Most major platforms have a takedown channel — DMCA, copyright, impersonation, or platform-specific. For platforms with non-standard processes, our rule engine routes the case through the right channel automatically, and we maintain the per-platform playbook so you don't have to.
