When takedowns aren’t enough.
A vetted network of DMCA, IP, and identity attorneys — matched to your case by specialty and jurisdiction, with response SLAs and transparent billing built in.
What is the legal network
Real attorneys, routed for your case.
Most infringement is resolved by a takedown. But some cases — repeat offenders, organized impersonator rings, commercial-scale piracy — need legal teeth. The Legal Network is the route from your dashboard to a licensed attorney who actually handles your kind of case.
It’s not a marketplace. It’s a curated panel of DMCA and IP attorneys, vetted on practice history and outcomes, matched to your case by specialty and jurisdiction. The initial response is fast, the billing is transparent, and the case stays visible in your dashboard from intake to resolution.
How it works
Three steps from escalation to outcome.
Case escalation
When a case is too complex, too high-stakes, or too entrenched for a takedown alone, escalate from your dashboard with one click. We package the evidence and route the brief.
Attorney match
Your case is matched to a vetted attorney by specialty (DMCA, IP litigation, defamation, identity), jurisdiction, and conflict-screened. Initial response inside one business day.
Resolution
The attorney handles the legal work — cease-and-desist, settlement, or filed action — with full case visibility back into your dashboard. Outcomes logged, billing transparent.

How the network is built
Vetting, response, and the unglamorous mechanics.
Vetted network
Every attorney is licensed, in good standing, malpractice-insured, and reviewed for IP-specific experience. No marketplace listings, no AI-matched randos.
Response SLA
Initial attorney response within one business day for Premier and Legend cases. Escalation to senior counsel within 48 hours when the case warrants it.
Jurisdiction coverage
All 50 US states and federal court. EU and UK through partner counsel. Canada, Australia, and Japan available for cross-border matters.
Conflict screening
Automated conflict checks at intake. No attorney sees your case until they've been cleared against both their own and the network's client list.
Billing transparency
Flat-fee work where possible. Hourly work with capped estimates and weekly billing summaries. No surprise invoices, ever.
Network coordination
Your dashboard tracks the case. Attorney updates, document drops, and resolution status all flow through one interface — yours.
Access
Included in Premier & Legend. À la carte for Pro.
Premier and Legend plans include legal-network escalation, attorney match, and initial consultation. Attorney work is billed at network rates — typically 25-40% below market.
FAQ
Common questions.
What's included with my plan vs. what's an add-on?+
Legal network access is included on Premier and Legend plans — escalation, attorney match, and the initial consultation are covered. Attorney work product (drafting, filing, litigation) is billed at network rates, which are typically below market. On Pro, legal network access is available à la carte per case.
How are attorneys vetted?+
Every attorney is currently licensed in their stated jurisdiction, in good standing, malpractice-insured, and has at least five years of relevant IP or DMCA practice. Reviews are refreshed annually. Repeat client complaints, even unfounded, trigger network re-evaluation.
What kinds of cases get escalated?+
Repeat infringers who ignore takedowns, infringers using your work commercially at scale, impersonator networks running financial fraud, defamation tied to leaked content, contested takedown counter-notices, and any case where statutory damages or settlement could justify litigation.
Will the attorney represent me directly?+
Yes. Once matched, the attorney enters into a direct engagement with you — they're your counsel, not Content Trackdown's. We facilitate, but the privilege and the relationship are between you and the attorney.
What does this typically cost?+
Cease-and-desist letters: typically a flat $300-$600. Settlement negotiations: hourly, with capped estimates depending on complexity. Litigation: scoped engagement with phased budgets. Network rates run roughly 25-40% below comparable market rates because we route volume to a curated panel.
